Shipping Policy

We are committed to getting your gear to you as quickly as possible. We offer several shipping options to meet your needs.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days (delivered the next business day)

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please note that customized items and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please visit our online return portal or contact our customer service team at support@fslno.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
